What size cats fit?
It has about 70 liters of space inside. We don't have exact open dimensions yet, so check that your cat can sit, stand and turn around comfortably once it's set up.
How do I set it up and fold it?
It pops open when you unfold it. To store it, fold the frame down flat. It takes a little practice the first time.
Is it safe for kittens?
Kittens can use it with you right there. Always supervise, and never leave any cat alone in the pod.
Can it be used indoors?
Yes. Many cats like it as a cozy hideout by a sunny window too.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free in the US. Ships within 1 business day. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days after shipping. We'll email tracking once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
If it's not right for your cat, email us before sending it back and we'll walk you through your return options. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. If it arrives damaged or wrong, contact us right away.
